There is One Life, that Life is God, that Life is perfect and that Life is my life now. I know that Love is the self-givingness of Spirit forever desiring to express Itself. As I embody this idea I replicate the self-givingness of Spirit in my own personal world. I love to love with the love of God and through my thought and feeling express only love, peace and joy. I consciously and subconsciously release anything unlike love. All patterns of anger, resentment, bitterness or anything else that would try to block love are now gone. I accept only patterns of love, peace and joy. Spirit responds to my loving consciousness and evolves a growing, expanding world of good for me. This expresses as vibrant health, increasing prosperity, loving relationships and ever more interesting and satisfying ways of self-expression. Knowing my word is the Truth; I release it and with great expectancy watch as it unfolds in my life. And so it is. Michael Sternlieb
