Spirit is all there is.  Because It expresses in all, through all and as all, It now expresses as my life.  I have a greater awareness of my oneness with Spirit and the result of this awareness is acceptance of my perfect nature, the perfect pattern that always has been, is now and always will be at the center of my being.

 Spirit is perfect health; therefore I am maintained in perfect health.  Spirit is infinite substance circulating as supply in my life, assuring my continuing and expanding prosperity.  Spirit is perfect love; therefore I joyously and freely give and receive love.  Spirit has within It all ideas and I draw upon those ideas for my complete self-expression.

 I release any patterns of thought or feeling in me that would oppose this.  With gratitude to the Power within me, I release this treatment, knowing that its results are certain and now manifest in my life.

 And so it is.
